Small Group Workouts with Coach Sean Harrington are back for the Winter season!

• Limited number of players to maintain a small group session and maximize individual reps.
• Cost: $20 per session.
• Location: Colonial Oaks Indoor Gym located at 5300 Colonial Oaks Blvd.
• Days: Tuesday and/or Thursday evenings.
  

Sean Harrington, current ESPN analyst and former standout player at the University of Illinois, will provide individual instruction to help bring your basketball game to the next level.

6:00pm- 6:50pm on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays: Ages 6-8

7:00pm- 7:50pm on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays: Grades 3rd - 5th

Sessions will consist of intermediate and advanced basketball skill and strategy drills. These skills could include individual fundamentals, man-to-man defense (help side defense, on the ball defense, traps), moving without the ball, screening, motion offense, and press break strategies. Participants should be comfortable with basic fundamentals and basketball terminology.
